When I stop writing, what actually happened?
Wow! 2013, and now 2018. It has been 5 years. My last entry was on Nov 20, 2013.
Since then, so many things had happened, most of them
brought me happiness, pushed me forward and upward significantly, and only 1
thing had made me lost and bereaved for almost 1 year. Let me share some…
- I moved from Puchong to Bangi.
- I sold my first house at a much unexpected price, alhamdulillah.
- Zaid, my son graduated and is now working.
- Nisha is now in her final year at UM. [read: this was when she was in form 5]
- I am now 100% based at home, doing all sort of works that I love to do so much.
- Amni is now in Form 4, pursuing her ambition in art. [read: this was when she was in standard 3]
- Zaid founded his own company, doing business that he likes.
- Nisha had set up her own home photo studio, and earns money out of her passion.
- I am into ID and beauty line unexpectedly.
- And, my mom had passed away. [read the best mother's day ever]. This is the saddest thing which I never wish to happen. Al-Fatihah untuk emak.
My friends who always support me and cherish my writing, had
asked me many times, why did you stop writing?
Frankly, I have no answer to that. One day, I woke up, and I lost my passion to
write just like that. I even stopped
checking out my blog, not even login. And that one day, became 2, 3, 4 days,
and drifted to 5 years. The place that I
love to “visit” to express myself, had become something that I don’t like. And,
I don’t have the answer why?
To write again, I gain my strength back day after day, and
month after month. To get back that
passion is actually a hard work to do.
It is not about laziness, but more about finding meaning and reason to
do it.
As what had happened to me back then when I stopped, it
happened again this afternoon. I just
got up, switched on my laptop and started googling "how to login to your blog". Hah! Stupid me…I even forgot how to login, forgot
how to post an entry and totally have no idea on how to blog. As magic as what it seems, I re-learn all
those things that I were once very familiar with.
And, here we are…we meet again!
PS: Wish me luck that this is not a temporary thing…
Important Note:
I now know what had happened in my past 5 years, and everything that will happen in my next coming 5 years, still hanya Allah Yang Maha Mengetahui. Things that I decide today, may impact my next 5 years, and still...hanya Allah Yang Maha Mengetahui....kan?
If we decide to do something, or decide not to do something, this 5 years will still pass by. All things are difficult before they are easy. What matters the most is what you start doing now. It is ok to let the past go. Just close some old doors especially if they lead to nowhere.
Proactive, Confident, Energetic, Successful, Connected. Clear-headed. And of course, attractive. Let's be that woman. Yeay!!)
